Returns & Exchange
POLICY
You may return any full-price item provided the product is not used or worn in any way within 30 days of the date on your receipt. Sale items may only be exchanged for another item or a store credit. Final Sale items are non – returnable and cannot be returned for refund, exchange or store credit. All monogrammed or personalized items are final sale. Gift certificates are non-refundable. Imposing reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet these return requirements at imposing sole discretion.
INSTRUCTIONS
Please call or e-mail Imposing Customer Service at customerservice@theimposingstore.com to receive return authorization form. Please use the original shipping box and packing materials, and affix the label to your package. Returns without our Imposing return form enclosed will be refused.
REFUNDS
Returns to theimposingstore.com are processed within 10-14 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Gifts may be returned in exchange for another item or a gift certificate for the purchase amount to the recipient. Gift certificates are non-refundable.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to customerservice@imposing.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified. Once you have received your online order, please refer to our return instructions included with your shipment. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including after an order has been submitted and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
GHURKA GUARANTEE
Imposing guarantees that we will repair or replace, at our option, products that exhibit evident manufacturing defects up to one year from the date of sale on the following: hardware, zippers, seaming/stitching, and construction abnormalities. The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse or mishandling.
